Engineering, procurement, installation and commission of equipments and instruments
used in water treatment plant is under process by Shafab Eng. consists of pipes and
fittings, manual and pneumatic valves, level, pressure, temperature and flow
indicators and controllers,electro pumps, nozzles, ion exchange resin, laboratory,
fire fighting equipments and pressure vessels such as Sand and Active carbon filter,
Cation, Anion, Mixed bed.
Kazeroon power plant
A large power plant (3x160 Megawatts). Engineering, procurement, construction
and commissioning of equipments and instruments used in CPP and demineralization
water treatment plant is done by Shafab consisting of civil work, RO units, storage
tanks, pipes and fittings, manual and pneumatic valves, level, pressure, temperature
and flow indicators and controllers, electro pumps, nozzles, ion exchange resin,
laboratory, fire fighting equipments and pressure vessels such as Sand and Active
carbon filter, Cation, Anion, Mixed bed.
Uromiyeh wastewater treatment plant
This is a municipal wastewater treatment project designed based on Biolak process,
the supply of Oxi aerator, Bio-P removal system, blowers, bar screen, submersible
pumps, belt filter press, sludge dewatering equipment, electro gearboxes and mixers,
pipes and fittings, valves, instrumentation, PLC, mosaic tile MIMIC panel and civil
work. This project was performed in 2009.
Fajr petrochemical wastewater treatment plant
Located in Mahshahr-Iran. Shafab Eng. undertook the engineering, procurement,
construction, installation and commissioning phase of the development of the
oily and chemical wastewater treatment plant. The procurement involved the
supply of bar screen, sand filters, pumps, blowers, clarifiers, aerators, DAF,
PVC and Stainless steel pipe and fitting, manual and pneumatic valves, level
pressure, temperature and flow indicators and controllers, PLC
and control panel equipment.
Shazand power plantLocated in Arak in Markazi province of Iran with capacity of 4 x 325 Megawatt. Design, procurement and commissioning of the development of the water treatment plant. This unit provides demineralized water for the application of the boilers in the power plant. The procurement involved the supply of equipments consisting of ion exchange resin, PVC high pressure pipe and fitting, manual and pneumatic valves, level pressure, temperature and flow indicators and controllers, electro pumps, nozzles, PLC and control panel equipment (Capacity 4 x 110 m³/hr).
Sahand power plantLocated in Bonab in Azerbaijan province of Iran with capacity of 2 x 325 Megawatt. The procurement of the water treatment unit of this power plant involved the supply of equipments consisting of ion exchange resin, PVC and Stainless steel high pressure pipe and fitting, manual and pneumatic valves, level, pressure, temperature and flow indicators and controllers, electro pumps, nozzles, PLC and control panel equipment (Capacity 3 x 125 m³/hr).
Banias power plantLocated in Banias, Syria. Design and procurement phase of the development of the water, oily and chemical wastewater treatment plant. This unit provides dematerialized water for the application of the boilers in the power plant. The procurement involved the supply of ion exchange resin, PVC and Stainless steel high pressure pipe and fitting, manual and pneumatic valves, level pressure, temperature and flow indicators and controllers, electro pumps, nozzles, PLC and control panel equipment. This project was performed on 2003-2004 and the duration of project was 8 months (Capacity: DM water 2 X 30 m³/hr, Pre treatment 80 m³/hr, Oily wastewater 10 m³/hr, Biological WTP 100 m³/hr, Chemical WTP 8.8 m³/hr).
Rasht wastewater treatment plantThis is a municipal wastewater treatment project. Design, supply and installation of Screw pumps, bar screen, submersible pumps, belt filter press, sludge dewatering equipment, electro gearboxes and mixers, pipes and fittings, valves, instrumentation, PLC and mosaic tile MIMIC panel (Capacity 63000 m³/day).
